1. Eligibility to Purchase

To place orders, you must be of legal age (18 years or older) and act as the final customer. Minors are expressly excluded.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with order details and a link to track your order. Ganeshi Vital S.L. reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as site errors, lack of stock, or payment verification issues.

1. Prices and Price Changes

Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT. These prices may differ from those offered on other sales channels and are subject to change without prior notice. However, the prices confirmed at the time of order receipt will not be modified.

1. Shipping Conditions

National Shipments within the Iberian Peninsula

• Standard Shipping 48/72h: Free for purchases over €50. For purchases under €50, the cost is €3.99.
• GO 24h Option: €0.99 for purchases over €65. For purchases under €65, the cost is €4.99. Orders must be placed before 11:00h for next-day delivery.

Shipments to the Balearic Islands

• Delivery time of 3-5 business days:
  • 0 – 5kg: €3.99
  • Over 5kg: Price varies by destination and will be informed in the cart.

Shipments to the Canary Islands

• For orders under €150, delivery time of 5-7 business days:
  • 0 – 5kg: €7.50
  • Over 5kg: Price varies by destination and will be informed in the cart.

Shipments to Ceuta and Melilla

• Delivery time of 5-7 business days:
  • 0 – 5kg: €3.99
  • Over 5kg: Price varies by destination and will be informed in the cart.

Note: All customs fees generated in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla must be borne by the buyer (IGIC, AIEM, etc.).

1. Returns and Exchanges Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days from the delivery date to return the product without the need for justification, provided it has not been used and is in its original packaging.

Promotional codes are personal and non-transferable, and are only applicable for purchases on our website. They cannot be combined with other offers and are not redeemable for cash. During sale periods, Black Friday, or Christmas, the delivery time may be longer than usual.
